Tournament Overview
The 2026 Columbus Adult Banana Open is a USTA National Adult Level 6 tournament, open to all adult players aged 18 and over, regardless of ranking. This event provides an excellent opportunity for players of all levels to compete in a competitive yet welcoming environment.

Important: If you are selected to participate, you will receive an automated email, and your credit card will be charged. After registration closes, players should return to the tournament page to view the draw and confirm their match times.

Match Format:

• Singles: All players are guaranteed at least two matches with the First Match Loser’s Consolation format.
• Main Draw & Consolation Scoring: 2 sets, with a 10-point match tiebreak in place of a 3rd set if the score is tied at 1 set all.
• For groups of 3 or fewer players, the format will be Round Robin.

Player Selection & Seeding

• Player Selection: The most recent Singles or Doubles Standing List will be used for player selection.
• Seeding: Players will be seeded based on the latest available information, including NTRP ratings for NTRP events and WTN (World Tennis Number) for global rankings.

Banana Champions are eligible to join winners from the other Banana Open Tournaments held throughout the South to compete for the title of Top Banana!
