CORTA, located in Columbus, Georgia, was originally founded in 1952. Our mission is "to promote and develop the growth of tennis." This non-profit organization has a current membership of over 2,300 and is located at Cooper Creek Tennis Center, the nation's largest public clay court facility.

Columbus Banana Open

CORTA will host the Banana Open on April 24 - 30, 2017 at Cooper Creek Tennis Center. New for 2017: Senior 50 NTRP Men's & Women's Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles! Automatic First Match Loser Consolation so you are guaranteed at least 2 matches.
City League - Women Combo Doubles
Registration for City League - Women Combo Doubles is open on TennisLink! Please note the new Combo Doubles format which allows combine NTRP ratings. The league will be offering 5.5, 6.5, and 7.5 levels of play. The first match will be March 16.
Corporate Team Tennis (Co-ed)
What is Corporate Team Tennis? A program that offers employees an opportunity to play organized tennis matches in a fun, team building atmosphere. Emphasis on fun, fitness and the social benefits of tennis. Registration opens Feb. 27th.
CORTA 55 & Over/65 & Over Mixed Doubles Regional Invitational
Save the date ... April 7-9, 2017! Start getting your team together. Registration is open for the 55/65 & Over Mixed Doubles Regional Invitational. Deadline to form a team is Weds., March 22nd.
Junior Academy has been cancelled Tuesday, February 21!
Due to inclement weather, Junior Academy has been cancelled Tuesday, February 21. The make up session will be held Friday, February 24th!
Morning Scramble
Come play the Morning Scramble! Registration for the Morning Scramble is open. Play is on Tuesday mornings from 9:30am - 11:30am starting March 7th. Men and women will play together based on ability. No USTA membership required.
Tennis 101 & Cardio Tennis cancelled for tonight!
Due to inclement weather, Tennis 101 & Cardio Tennis is cancelled for tonight, Tuesday, February 21st. Makeup for Tennis 101 will be next Tuesday, February 28th.
Cooper Creek Tennis Center Expansion Project
CORTA, Columbus State University (CSU) and the Columbus Consolidated Government (City) have joined forces to raise $9 million to expand Cooper Creek Tennis Center.

TennisWorks in the Parks
Spring 2017 Session of TennisWorks! in the Parks begins on Monday, March 13 at Cooper Creek Tennis Center. The sessions will be held from 6-7 p.m. Children ages 5-18 may participate.
