TENNIS 101
BEGINNER LESSONS

This is a low-cost, introductory, instructional program for adults (age 18 and up). In this group lesson format you will learn the basics of the game, quickly and easily in a fun, active and encouraging group environment.  So, if you've never touched a racquet before, don't worry!  This 4 week series of lessons will get you playing in no time.  Generally, both morning and evening sessions are offered. Racquets are available to purchase for $25.00 or you may bring your own.

Program Information and Policies

  • Class Size
    • Minimum of 8 and maximum of 12 per class
  • Payment Information
    • Payment must be made before the start of the first class.
    • NO PRO-RATED PROGRAMS!
  • Refunds
    • Fees are non-refundable after the session has started.
  • Equipment
    • Racquets
      • Racquets are available to purchase for $25.00 or you may bring your own.
    • Clothing
      • Wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing.
    • Balls
      • Tennis balls are provided by CORTA.
    • Water
      • Water is available on each court, however you may bring your own water or sports drink.
  • Inclement Weather
    • In the event of rain please call the Cooper Creek Tennis Center at 706-317-4186, 1 hour before scheduled class to find out if class will be held.
    • If the class is canceled, make-up days will be added on at the end of the session.
All participants are responsible for adhering to the CORTA Code of Conduct.
