Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Only USTA members can register online if available. Playing Format
This is a
singles and doubles tournament. Register early as singles and doubles
are limited to 16 players in each age group. Scoring format for singles
will be 2 out of 3 sets with a match tie break instead of a third set.
Doubles will play an 8 game pro set with a tie break played at 8-8.
Both the singles and doubles draws will be single elimination. Sign up with your partner! Waiver and Release

T-Shirts
Please e-mail the Tournament Director your t-shirt size when you register. We will hold your correct size for you if you do this. T-shirt orders must be placed by March 22. Don't wait until the deadline to register. Any t-shirt sizes received after after March 22, cannot be guaranteed.

Take a left at the light between the Courtyard Marriott and Legacy
Chevrolet onto I-185 (Manchester Expressway). Turn east onto Manchester
Expressway. Travel approximately 2 miles to the Warm Springs Road
Connector. Travel up the exit ramp and turn right. The entrance to
Cooper Creek Park is directly ahead. The clubhouse is a two-story
building located on your right as you enter the park. Tournament
check-in desk will be at the annex building on the left side on the

Withdrawing from the TournamentThere will be no refunds given if you withdraw from the tournament after the deadline of March 23, 2010 at 11:59 PM. In the event of inclement weather, where none of the matches are played, you will be given a partial refund or credit toward a future CORTA tournament. Please understand that tournaments have fixed costs which include: trophies, t-shirts, balls, USTA referees, and many other costs that we must cover. The tennislink portion of your entry is non-refundable in accordance with USTA policy. If you do complete a match there is no refund/credit. Thank you for your understanding. of the players, as well as parents and coaches to this tournament.When
you register for this tournament, please be sure to provide all contact
information so that we may be in contact with you regarding the
tournament. Playing SiteCooper Creek Tennis Center is a public facility with a two story clubhouse overlooking 30 rubico courts. In 1996 and again in 2001, Cooper Creek received the "Outstanding Tennis Facility" award from the USTA. In the spring of 1993, a clubhouse and 8 courts were added to the original 12 courts (built 1972). In March of 1997, the original 12 courts were completely renovated. In December 1999, construction began on an additional 10 courts including a stadium court and were completed in April 2000. With the addition of these new courts, Cooper Creek is arguably the finest facility in the United States.

Players
may not use electronic devices on court that are designed for
communication (cell phones, pda's, etc.) or data storage/display
(pocket notebook, rolodex, word processor, etc.). Use of these devices
will result in immediate code violation for unsportsmanlike conduct. (A
device that is in the "ON" mode constitutes use.) Notes and printed
